What is a qualification in Intelichat?

Qualification is the name given to a feature that enables easy definition of assessments, surveys and quizzes. A qualification is made of questions and alternatives, with each alternative having a given score.

When a qualification is inserted in a chatbot flow, each question with respective alternatives is presented to users in the chat session. For each question "responded" by users, the scores are counted and at the end, a resulting grade is stored for the qualification itself.

This can be used for many scenarios, as in tests for virtual recruitment interviews, for instance. Imagine that knowledge and psychological tests can be easily built and conducted by chatbots. Another examples or use are quizzes and data gathering.

The resulting grades can be filtered to show users according to their scores.
